So sorry to read that you feel this way. I've been a licensed Real Estate agent for over 14 years and take pride in what I do. I'm primarily a listing agent and advise both my sellers and my buyers that I do not like to represent both parties in a standard trasaction. Although it is legal in California to represent both parties, I disclose that I do not feel comfortable in doing so. I feel that I can not represent both parties fairly. All offers are presented regardless and it is the sellers final decision as to which offer they decide to go with, My job is to educate my sellers and to provide them with the facts of what can happen during a transaction.
